Chlorine ion titrator adopts potentiometric titration，combine potentiometric determination and titration analysis, during the process of titration draw curves by electrode potential, automatically determine end point of the titration, then caculate the content of chloride ions by the consumption of titrant during the process of titration.This test method is more precise and more reliable than general potentiometry and titration method.

ZCL-1 automatic chloride ion analyzer is an instrument for chloride ion concentration measurement developed by our company according to the new standard GB/T176-2017 <Cement chemical analysis method> chloride ion potentiometric titration method. The instrument is mainly used in industrial laboratories of various cement enterprises, inspection institutions, concrete mixing stations, scientific research institutes and advanced universities. The instrument has the characteristics of simple operation, accurate data, intelligent and convenient.

1. The output interface of the machine adopts a 7-inch touch screen, the parameter input operation is simple and intuitive, and the interface is friendly and easy to learn and understand.

2. Real-time display of titration capacity and electrode potential during operation.

3. During operation, the test electrode can be automatically raised and lowered.
